We are amazed by the thorough, highly professional staff at the Dentists at Gainesville.

I was in tremendous dental pain on Tuesday and waited until Wednesday at 3:30pm to reach out to the office thinking it would subside. Being that it was the end of the day I really wasn’t expecting to be seen that same day. Upon calling Nikii at the front desk informed me that if I could be there in 15-20mins she could add me to the end of the day. I was hesitant to take the appt because I felt bad calling at the end of the day and I didn’t want anyone to stay late on my account. Nikii reassured me that it would be fine. Upon arrival I was swiftly taken back and evaluated by Dr. Akbar. She took the time to go over the options I had available. She even went a step further and asked her colleague Dr. Saqqal his opinion and I was also evaluated by him. It was determined that I would need to have my tooth pulled and to my surprise the office was prepared to go ahead and preform the extraction. During all this I am watching the clock because the office closes at 5 and it is now 4:45. Again I was hesitant because I didn’t want to hold up anyone’s evening but the Dr, Assistant (Kyie), and Nikii again reassured me that it was fine. The extraction was done perfectly. I appreciate how well the Dental Assistant Kyie and Dr.Saqqal communicated what was going on during the extraction and with each other. I am very grateful to the entire team and really appreciate the empathy and kindness shown towards me. Never once during my visit did I feel like I was being rushed out.

Dr. T and Nabila were so nice, informative, and welcoming. They put me at ease right away and made my visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!
